We finally have first information about the next LEGO Modular Building!
The new set is rumored to be a Residential Townhouse and will be hitting shelves at $229.99.
Although it's labeled as the 2025 Modular, the set should already be releasing one month ahead on December 1st this year. Just like it was the case with the Natural History Museum.
The new LEGO Residential Townhouse will consist of 3266 pieces in total and should also come with multiple Minifigures of the house's residents.
