This might not be nearly as good as the 2016 U-wing, but it's really good for people who missed out on getting the original!!

minifigures look great but the ships bottom is only four studs wide so you can only fit one minifigure and i think it should have a storm trooper or two so the officers will not be having to fight themselves but it is nice that the wings snap and stay in place unlike the old one also i noticed that the ship has the same window pop up feature that the old one had but smaller so it will take up less space

Yeah

I think that this U wing is smaller than the 2016 U wing and it did not have like that trooper carrier hold on the bottom. I think the minifigures look great though the u wing does not look like what Lego would make.

What do you mean, the 2016 set had the troop hold.

casianApr 15 2025, 20:35

yes the old one did have a troop carrier

Is it just me, or is the cockpit looking like it has stickers on it?

Looks cool but the side doors don't open properly I think but I can't see the build that well

I think it's disappointing that people don't like it. I think looks awesome, considering that the 2016 version cost about 250 in the box.

I have the 2018 one via second hand, but I'll definitely get this one for not only another U-wing, but also the new imperial minifigures

Couldn't agree more. Glad I have the 2018 version.

I am a big fan of Star Wars, but this model is so terribly built. Will certainly NOT buy. What a waste :(
