Official images of this year's big new LEGO DC Batman set have just been revealed!
A $299.99 model of the Arkham Asylum will be coming out on September 9th, already being up for preorder on the LEGO website!

Made from 2953 pieces, the new LEGO Batman modular building is 32cm/12.5in high and 25cm/9.5in wide.
It consists of 3 sections that can be taken apart: the ground floor with the entrance gate and yard, the second floor, and the black roof.
Interior & Details
The interior features multiple rooms including the surveillance room and 6 prison cells, whose walls can be blasted out. There are also two holes in the back wall for the villains to escape through.
New Minifigures
The LEGO Arkham Asylum brings us a total of 16 new DC Minifigures: Batman, Batwing, Robin, Batgirl, Catwoman, two GCPD Security Guards, and the villains Harley Quinn, the Joker, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Killer Croc, Bane, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and the Penguin.

At $400 the value has to be there. A facade is not gonna cut it unless it's epic. Needs all the usual baddies. Don't skimp Lego!
