Following a hint in an April fools post, LEGO has finally revealed images of the first two new Despicable Me 4 sets!
In total, 4 LEGO sets as well as a polybag based on the new Minions movie will be released on May 1st. With the new images now giving us a first look at the upcoming buildable Gru with Minions and Gru's House!
Brick Built Gru & Minions (75582)
The first set includes buildable versions of four Minions and Gru on a turnable stand with black base. Priced at $54.99, a total of 839 LEGO pieces are built into the model.

Minions & Gru's Family Mansion (75583)
The new LEGO Gru's and Minions Mansion set consists of his house, a treehouse and a small party booth. Three Minions and 6 Minifigures of Gru's family are also included, among them also Gru Jr. as a LEGO baby.
The 868 piece mansion will be available for $99.99.

ReplyIt's great but I will have to say, the Minions/Gru universe is so unique and different that it's disappointing to see that Gru and Lucy does not really have a unique look, it's literally just a bald guy and a basic representation of lucy. I feel like The minions are too big for the scale of the actual people and Gru and Lucy do not even have facial features drawed on them that let you know who the characters are without the clothes.
