LEGO Ideas 2024 Polaroid Camera revealed!

6 Comments LEGO Ideas 21345 Polaroid Camera revealed!

Following lots of new January LEGO sets already been revealed, we finally have official images of the first LEGO Ideas set for 2024!

After a first leak of the set a few days ago, the new images now give us a more detailed look at the upcoming LEGO Polaroid Camera. More specifically, the set recreates Polaroid's classic OneStep SX-70 model.

The first noticable thing about the finished LEGO set is that it hardly deviates from the original fan design. It includes of course the camera itself, the film, as well as three different, presumably printed, finished photos.

As far as I can see, the three images which can come out of the front of the cam aren't completely stiff, but slightly curved. Therefore these could probably be made of a slightly softer material than the usual LEGO bricks.

A total of 516 pieces are included, most of which are built into the camera itself. The Polaroid will be released on January 1st as Ideas set #53, along with the many other 2024 LEGO novelties and will be available for $79.99.

  • Name: Polaroid OneStep SX-70 Camera
  • Set Number: 21345
  • Release: January 1st
  • Price: $79.99
  • Pieces: 516
  • Minifigures: 0

What do you think about the new LEGO Polaroid Camera? Let us know in the comments!

Price to Brick ratio is really naff and it doesnt look like it uses any particularly expensive bricks

Always gonna be more expensive when having to use a brand name and license it.
