LEGO Harry Potter Summer 2024: Durmstrang Ship, Madam Malkins & more!

Following the Star Wars and Marvel summer set leaks, we're continuing today with LEGO Harry Potter!

A total of 7 new sets are set to be coming out on June 1st, about which we now have first details!

Durmstrang Ship & Beauxbatons Carriage (76440)

We're starting off with a long awaited set of many Harry Potter fans, since this summer we'll be getting our first ever remake of the LEGO Durmstrang Ship!

The ship will be released in combination with a new Beauxbatons carriage. The set will consist of 1229 bricks in total, certainly also including a few Minifigures like Fleur, Viktor Krum and possibly a new Igor Karkaroff. The Ship & Carriage will hit shelves for $139.99.

Ollivanders Wand Shop & Madam Malkin's Robes (76439)

Also among the more exciting releases should be our very first LEGO version of Madam Malkin's Robe Shop.

The set which also includes Ollivanders Wand Shop will continue the series of Diagon Alley playsets, started by the Weasleys Wizard Wheezes set last year. All three Diagon Alley shops will be able to be connected.

Ollivanders and Madam Malkin's will consist of 744 pieces in total. The $89.99 set will also include 6 Minifigures: Garrick Ollivander, Madam Malkin, a flower-selling witch, Padma Patil and another Hogwarts student.

Hogwarts: Great Hall (76435)

Presumably continuing the new grey-roof modular Hogwarts line started by the new Owlery and Boathouse, we'll get 2 more new Hogwarts sets this summer.

The first of them being a new LEGO Great Hall. Consisting of 1732 pieces, this one will be significantly larger than the 2018 version and will therefore cost more than twice as much at $219.99.

The included Minifigures have yet to be revealed, but for sure we can expect a big variety of characters.

Forbidden Forest: Aragog (76434)

Continuing the series of Forbidden Forest sets, the Acromantula Aragog will be coming out this June.

The set will consist of 195 pieces, probably including around 2 Minifigures besides the spider itself. Priced at $14.99, the set will likely be similar to the 2018 Aragog's Lair set.

Buildable Mandrake (76433)

As a new buildable creature or plant we'll be getting a brick-built LEGO Mandrake this summer. The plant is built from 579 bricks and will hit shelves for $59.99.

Hogwarts: Potions Class (76431)

The second new modular Hogwarts set releasing this summer will be the potions class. Whether with Snape or Slughorn as a professor remains to be seen. The classroom will consist of 397 pieces and cost $37.99.

Buckbeak (76427)

With the last set on the list we'll be getting another new buildable Harry Potter creature.

More specifically, a set of Hagrid's hippogriff Buckbeak will be coming out. The model will consist of 723 bricks in total with a price of $59.99.
