Matching this year's LEGO Harry Potter D2C set, the Gringotts Bank, the corresponding Gringotts Vault GWP has now finally been revealed.
In contrast to the bank itself, which will be released on September 4th, it's scheduled to already be available as a gift with purchase from September 1st. The promo will last until September 13th.
Since the small set will be available 3 days before Gringotts itself, it won't be limited to purchases of the large bank set. You'll be able to get the Gringotts Vault as a gift with purchase of any LEGO Harry Potter sets valued above $130 in total.
The build of the set itself is very similar to the vaults built into the big Gringotts Bank. There's also a good reason for this, as both sets can be combined. The vault can be attached at the bottom end of the railway of the wizarding bank.
Therefore, in addition to the vault, the small set also includes a part of the rails in front of it and a mine cart in which the goblin can sit. An interesting feature of the set is that it can be used as a small piggy bank by throwing coins in through a slot on top.
In addition to the vault door, the vault can also be opened from behind by removing the wall to empty the contents. The small gift with purchase consists of 212 pieces in total.
